    This thing isn’t allowing me to submit my vote… but I choose “checking the scale once a week”. I know you are worried about disappointment. But it is very important to stay on top of your progression. I’m right there with you huney. I will probably be checking even MORE often since I’m trying to lose. I’m wishing you all the best and much success with this weight gain plan!
